Questions? We've Got Answers
Everything you need to know about Benni in the Middle.
QWhat is Benni in the Middle?
Benni in the Middle is a platform that connects Sydney locals with trusted tradies and home service professionals. You post what you need done, get quotes from verified pros, and pick the one that works for you. Think of it as your shortcut to getting stuff done around the house.
QIs it actually free to post a task?
Yep, 100% free. You only pay the pro you choose to hire for the job. No hidden fees, no catch. We make money from pros who want premium features, not from you posting tasks.
QHow do I know the tradies are legit?
Every pro on Benni goes through our verification process. We check their credentials, insurance, and reviews. You can see ratings from other Sydney locals who've hired them before.
QWhat kind of jobs can I post?
Pretty much anything around the home. Plumbing, electrical, cleaning, gardening, painting, removals, handyman stuff, you name it. If it's a home service, chances are we've got a pro for it.
QHow fast do I get quotes?
Usually within minutes for common jobs. Sydney pros on Benni are keen to work, so they jump on new tasks pretty quick. Most people have multiple quotes to compare within a few hours.
